Ingredients
  

Cabbage Egg Stir-Fry

  • 2 cups cabbage shredded, green or white
  • 2 eggs large, beaten
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter for sautéing
  • 1 onion small, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp paprika or chili flakes optional, for spice

Instructions
 

  • Shred the cabbage into thin strips and finely chop the onion and garlic.
  • Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and whisk until smooth.
  • Heat oil or butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Sauté the onion and garlic for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the shredded cabbage and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened.
  • Reduce the heat slightly and pour the beaten eggs over the cabbage.
  • Stir gently with a spatula to combine, cooking until the eggs are fully set but still soft.
  • Season with paprika, salt, and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add grated carrots, bell peppers, or fresh herbs. Serve with rice, toast, or as a side dish.
