Ingredients
  

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping such as Cool Whip

Topping

  • 21 oz cherry pie filling

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture firmly into a 9×13 baking dish to form the crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully incorporated.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  • Top with an even layer of cherry pie filling.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For added crunch, sprinkle crushed graham crackers or chopped pecans on top before serving.
