Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • If using chunky cottage cheese, blend it briefly for a smoother consistency.
  • Scoop small spoonfuls of cottage cheese onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  • Flatten each portion with the back of a spoon for an even, thin layer.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan, garlic powder, black pepper, and bagel seasoning if using.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and crispy.
  • Let the chips cool completely before serving; they will crisp up further as they cool.

Notes
