  • 12 oz penne pasta uncooked
  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast cubed
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, black pepper, and paprika, and cook until chicken is browned and cooked through.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then stir in ranch seasoning and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add uncooked penne pasta and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for about 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and sauce thickens.
  • Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and half of the crumbled bacon, mixing until melted and creamy.
  • Remove from heat and top with remaining bacon before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with chopped parsley or a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
